 * hi, it is changing the subsite user profile pic in a multisite, but not syncing
   with network users in multisite. normally in multisite if we change the a user
   details in one site it ll sync everywhere the same user in the network , but 
   the profile picture is only changing the subsite user data, but not the network
   user data

   is an excellent observation.
 * Actually my plugin doesn’t work with WordPress multisite but I promise I will
   work for it as soon as possible.
