# Never ending loading

 * I think I have set up everything correctly.
 * when I click on a folder (as public viewer, subscriber, admin) the “+” changes
   to a “-” and the files that would otherwise show in that folder never show and
   are continuously waiting to be loaded.
 * Can you please help ?
