    Good morning.

Updated to latest version yesterday and the following errors are in a log. Can you tell me what they mean and if I need to do anything like rollback, for example?

    Appreciate the insight.

    Hey @rebop ,

When you have a moment could you please try re-installing NextGEN Gallery?

We noticed in the error message that something is trying to add a column to the database so it’s possible a fresh install may help here.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks!

Hi Will. Thanks for the reply. There was another update today which I did and since the original update a few days ago, no other errors. Still worth reinstalling?

If so, delete and readd? Will I lose any settings?

    Thanks.

I was experiencing massive numbers of error log entries including this one. The good news is that most of them seem to be one-time. Clear your log and most of these errors do not recur whatever you do.

    Hey @rebop

We’ve released a few updates including several bug fixes for our post 4.0.0 release.

We just released NextGEN Gallery 4.0.3 that included more bug fixes.

If you’re no longer experiencing the error and your site is not affected then reinstalling the plugin isn’t necessary 🙂

Please feel welcome to reach out with any other questions.

    Thanks!

Thanks Will. Those were one time errors and everything appears to be working as expected. I appreciate your replies!
