Like 30 minutes new. Downloaded it and tried to install it. * Not going well. * First it said PHP was not running. (Don’t even know what that is) Followed some other info I found on the WordPress site and it started talking about getting your SQL Server running. * That is where I stopped. * I maintain several web sites. The program I have been using for years was Front Page then I have migrated to Expression Web 4. (Still don’t know anything about CSS or anything like that. I am able to maintain the old sites I have with it. Although we do not personally endorse them, there are some [hosts listed here](http://wordpress.org/hosting). WordPress stores all of the site’s content in a database – not in any files. The only files/ folders you’ll need to add are for themes and/or plugins and you can just drop them into the appropriate folder on the local server.
