I have been using woocommerce plugin for very long. Recently I notice that for any new order I received I am unable to get any email notifications. Sometimes I received it sometimes I don’t. I don’t know if anyone has the same issue. I don’t know if it is because the notification was sent to a gmail hence unable to received at times. Does anyone has the same issue? And how to resolve this?

Install and configure an SMTP plugin. If you have a custom domain, add an SPF record,

    Same problem !

I have install the postman plugin (in 5 mn) and all my test work fine now !

    It’s a very nice plugin !

I’ve had luck with “WP Mail SMTP”. I just downloaded Postman and saw it was 8.3 mb whereas WP Mail SMTP is only 173 kb. I know file size doesn’t really matter, but I prefer keeping a lean install.

@lawkwok then you’re gonna like it even less when I release mail-queueing and multisite support 😉

Hi all thanks for the suggestion. I will download the plugin and try if it helps. Thanks!

@manualmode, if you use a properly configured SMTP plugin, they shouldn’t end up in JUNK.
