“New order” not formatting

Hi,

Ive been using the email designer for a while now, so far so good. Since 1.5 week now the “new order” email broke or is not formatting properly. This is caused by moving servers (I think?), for this im awaiting support from the Plesk Engineers that did this migration for us.

They told me that /wp-includes/formatting.php on line 5244 gives a array instead of a string. Fact is that this file is a core WP file, so I installed WP again and I’ve changed the file with a fresh download, didn’t work.

So my problem is now: all emails are formatting and showing properly as they should. Except for the “New order” email, this email is shown in text only and missing images/css.

How can I solve this?
