New PayPal Integration

    Is it possible to use the new PayPal Integration without Vault? My country is not the eligible list but the Vault option is enabled (though grayed out) in PayPal’s Developer Dashboard, however the Payment Status is still Inactive and Vaulting still Disabled.

    Which country are you from?

    Also, could you please send a screenshot from your PayPal Dashboard of how the vaulting option appears there?

    I’m in the Philippines. As you can see, the Vault option appears to be enabled tho I can’t toggle it because it’s grayed out.

    This is indeed strange. Still, if the country is not on the supported list for the Vault functionality, then it should normally not work—even if the setting appears there and is greyed out. My recommendation would be to contact PayPal Support to ask why that setting appears enabled in your account but can’t be used.
