# New plugin deployment question

 * Hi,
 * I submitted my plugin Style & Animate a while back, and it was accepted without
   issues. Before I deployed it to the SVN repository, the latest version of WP 
   was released and I found some issues with my plugin, so I did not commit the 
   version of my plugin that was reviewed. If I now upload the new version to trunk,
   will that cause problems? I’m thinking that someone could submit a ‘clean’ plugin,
   get it accepted then upload one with malware included so if that’s a thing which
   hackers try to do sometimes, I don’t want my plugin to be rejected on the grounds
   the first commit does not match the reviewed version.

 * Yes, sometimes they do that. We ban them very harshly when we find them.
 * But if your plugin isn’t malicious, then no worries. It’s fine to upload a fixed
   version. Not uncommon.
