 * Hi,
    who knows, what have to be attached to SVN, if a new plugin should be published?
   Does this also include complete 3rd party javascript libraries, that normaly
   comes from an other vendor ? As example, if a WP admin center plugin depends
   on let’s say _codepress.js_ library and the plugin uses and extend it, does it
   have to be a SVN trunk too or is it enough to have the download package containing
   a copy and ref to vendor at description of ?
 * thanks and interested about reponse.
