 * what is that?? please help me……..

 * It means that you have semicolon where it doesn’t belong. PHP is very picky about
   such things. Have you edited default-filters? If so, maybe upload a fresh copy.
   If not, what does line 127 look like in your default-filters file? Post about
   five lines above and below line 127 please.

 * You might try just uploading `wp-includes/default-filters.php` to see if that
   solves your problem.
 * If that doesn’t solve your problem, I’d say you didn’t get a complete and intact
   set of WordPress files uploaded to your host. I’d consider downloading a fresh
   copy of WordPress from the Download tab at the top of this page, then use something
   like [7-Zip](http://7zip.org) to extract the files. Then reupload the files to
   your host. Review [Uploading WordPress to a remote host](http://codex.wordpress.org/Uploading_WordPress_to_a_remote_host)
   and make sure you are using ASCII transfer mode in your FTP client.

    I cannot log in to my account as well. At 1st i have edited the code in funtion.
   php. But i can’t and then i will replace the same coding as the previous one 
   that i copy. Then i will get the problem and also cannot log in. Can u plz solve
