• I don’t know how many versions of “xmlrpc.php” have been affected but a recent wave of spam attacks has come to my attention. Someone is injecting links and HTML code into the output of “xmlrpc.php” so that when search engines fetch the file, instead of the default message they receive a linking page that points to other sites.

The destinations are the usual “viagra” sort of spam.
