# New Subversion User

 * I have build a small plugin (user-profile-change-email) and tried to release 
   it using Subversion, but I cannot find it when I search for it.
 * I am new to SVN, so it is probably something I have done (or not done).
 * What I did was to follow the “How to Use Subversion” article and
    1. Download
   TortoiseSVN 2. Checkout my blank repository to my local svn_repos 3. Added my
   file to the trunk folder locally 4. Did an SVN Commit (using Windows Explorer,
   right click)
 * I can see the files in my SVN trunk directory, but I cannot find them in the 
   WordPress Plugin Directory.
 * Any suggestions, please?

 * You have to get the readme.txt right or the plugin doesn’t get published.
 * Just updated my readme.txt and now the plugin is available.
