I updated my theme recently and all of my custom sidebar widgets were moved to default sidebars or to “inactive widgets”.

How can I keep this from happening in the future?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @kylekite,

If the new update of theme changes ID of the sidebars or you installed a new theme that has different sidebars that are expected behaviour.
But just update of the theme should not change sidebars ID. What was the theme you were updating?

    kind regards,
    Kasia
