 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION
   or T_VAR or ‘}’ in D:\inetpub\vhosts\innforapenny.com\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\
   php-ease\classes\WPage.php on line 23
 * HELP please.

   error.

    BUT I do not understand .php I can access the file by ftp ut what 
   is wrong in the file ???

 * According to the error message you mentioned in the first post, it has an extra}
   on line 23, remove that. If you are using dreamweaver to edit the file, it usually
   highlights the error.
