 * I have created a tutorial [How to create a simple WordPress theme](http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/wordpress_create_theme.htm)
   tutorial and I would love to receive some feedback. I hope it will be useful 
   for people who are new to WordPress to understand how its templates work.

 * It looks good for a simple wordpress theme. Could you do something more advance
   such as adding an order form to the theme and more advanced still how to get 
   the orders in a mysql database?
