New Update isn’t working

    After updating the plug in, none of the chats are coming in. can we get a copy of the old version or is this it going forward? It was probably one of the best and easiest plug ins on WP before the update, but now it’s worthless because all chats are missed. After seeing this new version I would never upgrade to any of your paid products.

    Can you provide the copies of the old version or is this it?

    If you want to give the new plugin another chance, you can try uninstalling the plugin and re-installing the new one. We’re ready to take a look at any issues or bugs you want to report.

    Could you also provide feedback about the new plugin? What is it that you didn’t like?

    We’re slowly bringing the plugin back up to speed in terms of features, UI, UX etc and any feedback that would help us more is welcome.
