New User Insert Image in New Post Problem

    WP has been installed on my web host’s Cpanel server under the “public_html/blog/” directory of my html website. I have uploaded a number of pictures in various folders under “public_html/Pictures/” and would like to insert one or another in new blog posts. On the “Add An Image” screen I click the “From URL” tab. I’ve typed “www.stephanwoodworking.com/Pictures/Woodowork/ShakerOvalBoxes/”
    in the “Image URL” dialog box and when I tab to “Image Title” box to type “OvalBoxes1.jpg” a red X appears next to the “From URL” dialog box. I searched for a Codex entry giving example entries for “From URL” and “Image Title” dialog boxes without luck. Can anyone tell me how to insedrt .jpg images this way? Thanks in advance.
