 * Any chance that the changes to the plugin since 0.8.1 could be released as a 
   new version?
 * At the moment the 0.8.1 version has a bug in it that causes it to render at the
   top of the admin, making debugging next to useless. I’m not the first to notice
   this see [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/28299](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/28299).
   That ticket refers to a change in core on WP 3.4 from 2 years ago ( [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/20161](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/20161))
   which in turn refers to a change in Debug Bar that shifts the rendering back 
   to the footer ( [http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/525389/debug-bar/](http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/525389/debug-bar/)).
 * The only way that you can use this change is if you’ve checked out the plugin
   via svn.
