# New version

 * The Vcard on our site takes us to 404

 * We are experienced with it, it happens when the plugin is not updated
 * Yesterday upgraded our site to WordPress version 5.2.1 (released on May 21, 2019)
 * Also upgraded the Connections Business Directory to Version 8.43 released
    (which
   was updated before the latest release of WordPress)
 * When can we expect a new version be released?

 * There has been no changes regarding vCards in quite some time now because it 
   is a stable feature. The last change was minor in the 8.21 version released 06/
   11/2018.
 * Taking a look at your site it seems there is quite a bit of customization of 
   Connections. It is possible that one of the changes made to Connections is causing
   the issue. I would suggest reviewing any changes made.
 * Another suggestion, make sure the directory home page is set to a valid public
   page and that page has the `[connections]` shortcode on it. If those conditions
   are not met, the permalinks for the vcard will not be valid and WP will show 
   a 404 not found notice.
 * I hope this helps, let me know.
 * ps. I plan on releasing a new version today, but, no changes to vCard support
   have been made.
