 * Good Day,
 * I seem to be having an issue after upgrading to the latest version.
 * When trying to duplicate a form the form is duplicated but wont allow the form
   to be opened and keeps refreshing the page back to the list of forms.
 * Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
