# new version – error CURL error?

 * We have 2 installs of cardconnect plugin on 2 different woocommerce websites.
   On one, plugin is version 3.2.2, and we continue to process transactions without
   a problem.
 * On the other, cardconnect plugin has updated to 3.2.6, and we are not able to
   process transactions, getting the following message: CardConnect failed transaction.
   Response: CURL error?
 * on both sites, wordpress 5.3.2, woocommerce 3.5.5
 * 2 questions:
    1) any idea what is causing this? 2) can i try downgrading cardconnect
   plugin back to 3.2.2? If so, where can I find?

 * I really cannot say, since I do not know the particulars of the servers they 
   may be running on, or about any conflicting plugins or themes.
    You can download
   old versions from here: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/cardconnect-payment-module/advanced/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/cardconnect-payment-module/advanced/)
 * and use the drop down at the bottom of the page to select an older version.
