 * Noticed that this plugin breaks other areas of the Page editor in wpadmin.
 * Traced to error in code re missing JS library:
 * `Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL
    jqColorPicker.js:1 Uncaught 
   SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL /wp-content/plugins/responsive-gallery-
   with-lightbox/js/wl-color-picker.js?ver=4.4 Failed to load resource: the server
   responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) wp-langs-en.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError:
   Unexpected token ILLEGAL
