# Newbie needs help validating gallery2 plugin

 * I uploaded wpg2 to my plugins folder and when I log into my wordpress account
   I go to plugins -> wpg2 -> wp2 and there’s nothing there. The wpg2 Paths tab 
   has info in it but all the others say I need to validate first. Is there something
   I did wrong? Thanks.
 * I also posted on the gallery2 forum but it’s slow so I’m trying here as well.
