# Next button keeps loading

 * I’m using bookly free plugin. When I click on the Next button, the button keeps
   loading but nothing happens. The error in the console after clicking the Next
   button is,
    ” GET [https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=bookly_render_time&csrf_token=766dd48b7b&form_id=5fcb6028b5440](https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=bookly_render_time&csrf_token=766dd48b7b&form_id=5fcb6028b5440)
   500 “. Trying to fix this for 3 days but no success.

 * Hi, actually 500 error is an internal server error. This issue of mine was fixed
   after I contacted my hosting provider. Try contacting your hosting’s support.
