Does it seem to load properly, and then not function? Does it refresh the page when you click Start Optimizing? * If the page loads, but doesn’t function, press Ctrl+Shift+I in either Chrome or Firefox, and click on the Console tab and reload the page. See if there are any errors there on the console. Do you have firefox installed that you could test it in too?
