Have used Nextgen and also bought the Plus version, never had serious issues. but today only the code shows up on the page – but it is NOT there on the left hand tool bar. I have deactivated, uninstalled several times, and whenever I do I get the Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page error message (link above). Seems like this just started with your latest update? All was working fine a week ago.

Here’s the page showing code. http://test.oldspanishtrail.org/photos

I have also tried to log into Imagely, even try to reset password, no go on that, too.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Yes, I called the hosting company and they reset PHP to 5. something versions. All is fine now, hope they don’t reset it in the future.

Just a note: if you’re still on PHP 5.something I’d strongly recommend you look at updating your site so it runs on PHP 7+. Here’s a list of the supported PHP versions:

All is updated to latest versions, wordpress and all plugins. This is an issue with Nextgen, several postings, seems they are working on it. When I find out it’s fixed, I’ll have the host update to the 7s.

@cohistorian – we just released a new update, would you mind updating to the latest version and let us know if the issue is resolved for you?

    Thank you!
