# NextGen Gallery plugin failed, Cannot Reinstall

 * My customer reported that the ngg galleries on his site have stopped working.
   Last change to the site was over a month ago but today the plugin has failed 
   and disappeared from my plugin lists. I have tried to reinstall the plugin but
   it fails with an error stating that the direct already exists.
 * the site is massive with ngg galleries and at the moment is useless. Please help.

 * Could you please deactivate all the other plugin activated and the try installing
   the NextGEN Gallery plugin that should work for you!
 * Once the NGG plugin is installed, you can reactivate the plugin one by one.
