 * some NFTs that I have minted are not shown in my collection but in metamask everything
   is ok and the contract status is Successful.
    my second question is, why I can
   not set the price for it; when I mint a new NFT? is it ok to pay gas twice to
   set the price?

 * If for some reason your database gets desynchronized with the contract, which
   seems to be the case, the best is to burn the items in the contract and mint 
   them again.
