 * My hosting provider does not use apache and only nginx…will this plugin work?
   AIOWP security plugin would not function (IP blacklist and brute force protection)
   as a result. I was hoping you guys could help. Let me know and thanks for your
   time.

 * Why not? Give a try. There is only one cause that lead to troubles with the plugin:
   your provider don’t pass IP addresses to the PHP scripts. That’s weird nowadays.
   In this case you unable to use any security plugin. Just fire your provider! 
   Kick it out.
    Anyway, let me know if you’ll run into trouble.
