The interface is decent and the navigation is mediocre.

What really bugs me most is the Profiles. They are created on one screen and edited on another that you can’t get to until you start to create a post. Only then can you change what social platforms the profiles will have. If there is another way, it is well hidden.

The other problem is that on the screen where I can create a profile, you can’t make edits to templates and save them to the profile, let alone which platforms the profile has. I’m not sure that templates can be associated to a profile which is a huge problem. It makes the profiles quite useless because I can deselect any platform I don’t want to post to on the fly pretty easy, and if that’s all the profiles do, well, who needs them?

Bottom line, I paid for and use the Pro version and I’ve come to the conclusion that I will not renew. Way too much for such a clunky plugin. Support in the Pro version is horrible. Instagram option doesn’t work most of the time and on one site I run, will not work at all.

    Hello @palmtek,
Thank you for reaching out and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your opinion and we would be happy to solve your specific issues.

You can create and edit your social media profiles, pages and groups, and you can select and save your favorite social networks and profiles in “network collection” on the same network setting page. This makes it easier for you to pre-select your networks.

On the network setting page you can also see, which network is saved in which network collection profile and you can also filter your “network collection” profiles to see, select or deselect any network.

When you share a post, you simply select your saved network collection and you can select or deselect any network on the fly.

The following step-by-step guide will show you how to create network profiles:: https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=4&id=65&artlang=en

And the following guide will show you how to edit and save templates for your profiles.

I am not absolutely sure if I understood you correctly. Did you suggest that you would wish that a “post-template” should be able to be applied to a whole “network collection”?

The “network collections” can also be used to publish your content with the “auto-post” feature to a pre-selected network collection. By following this link: https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=3&id=72&artlang=en you will find a detailed step by step guide about “how to auto-post and auto-schedule blog posts on social media with the Social Media Auto-Poster”
Besides that, the “auto-post” feature can help you publish your content for different marketing campaigns to different network selections.

I am sorry to hear about your opinion about our support, because we are always doing our best to answer any question and solve any issue within reasonable time. I’ve checked your tickets and have seen that your last support requests are from Dezember 2019. We answered each of your requests within 24 hours until we received no more requests and so we assumed everything was solved. Did you get our support answers or is it possible that they might have landed in your spam folder? If you still need help with anything, please let us know and we will gladly assist you.

Feedback always helps us to develop and improve Blog2Social.
If you have any suggestions for improving the navigations, please let us know what you would like to change for a better user experience.

I am looking forward to your reply.
