 * Thanks for your great work on this plugin! Very easy for users to use.
 * It would be helpful if the plugin output a div or a span around the note when
   it’s displayed on the front end in a post via the shortcode. This would allow
   for styling to set the note apart from the rest of the post.

 * The plugin is updated and note outputted via shortcode have classes: `simple-
   post-notes note note-{Post-ID}`
