 * I like this plugin werry much, it is not expensive like other plugins.
    It’s 
   need more development. I would hope there is som people who would like to help
   with the development.
 * So We can get a super effective plugin for a good price.
 * I will give it 4 stars for missing and undeveloped form templades. And missing
   form Item lists.
 * This plugin gets my warmest and best recommendation compared to the price that
   is not to be found elsewhere.

 * The form is distributed with 12 predefined layouts you can selected through the“
   Form Settings” tab ([https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png](https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png))
 * I’m not sure what are you referring about the “item lists”, the plugin includes
   multiple controls for lists, like DropDown, Checkbox, and Radio Button fields.
