 * This plugin seems to cause ninja forms to be not load correctly. I do not have
   any global disables for ninja forms and can relieve the issue by disabling your
   plugin.
    When loading with Safari I can see a spinning wheel indicating it is
   trying to load. I have had to install a different form plugin over the top to
   ensure website functionality (which operates ok) but would prefer to use ninja
   forms. Is there something I am missing?

 * [@dantianhealth](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dantianhealth/) have you
   enabled “Test Mode” and it suddenly worked? I’ll check the latest version of
   Ninja Forms and make a few tests to make sure it will work 100% fine. I stand
   by the plugin and such an incompatibility (if any) won’t go unfixed. Can you
   send me your “System Info” file from “Tools” (plugin’s menu) to gabe [ at – bitrepository–
   dot ) com? No worries, this will be fixed if it’s a plugin issue!

 * Hi Gabe, I deactivate the plugin and ninja forms works – that’s my indication!

   I have emailed you, let me know if any difficulties or if you don’t receive it

 * [@dantianhealth](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dantianhealth/) I’ve checked
   the “System Info” and all looks good. I suspect you unloaded a CSS/JS file that
   is needed for the Ninja Forms to work. Can you create me a temporary admin account
   so I can debug this? Also, do you have a staging environment?

 * [@dantianhealth](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dantianhealth/) I just checked
   and the reason Ninja Forms (not only that, other JavaScript functionality was
   likely affected) was not working was because ‘genesis-simple-share-plugin-js’
   was unloaded when ‘sharree’ is called through an inline code on your theme or
   one of the plugins (test the form now and you’ll see it works, also you have
   a second form showing up below it, I guess you’re editing that page and only
   keep one form active). Just make sure you don’t get JavaScript errors in the
   console after you unload something. A tutorial will come up about this as it
   seems the console is not often checked (even developers forget about it sometimes)
   and it should be as it often gives clues about the JavaScript errors you’re having.
   Does that help?

 * Yes thanks for your help. Where in the console should I be watching for those
   JS errors?

 * [@dantianhealth](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dantianhealth/) via Chrome,
   right click on the page, “Inspect” then click on the “Console” tab. You’ll see
   the errors in red which can be varied (e.g. a JavaScript functionality is broken,
   an image with a wrong/inexistent path is loaded etc.) or no errors at all which
   is the ideal and the most common scenario.
