This happens when integrating in the block editor. I tried shortcode as well as the block. The console throws errors. Downgrading is just a temporary fix. We now don’t have the security fixes of latest version. After that, none of our forms get displayed and there are severall errors in the console. Maybe you should do that too. The first reaction is always to disable all plugins and use the standard theme. But my site is a production page.
