• when you click the submit button for my form, nothing happens. Tried it in Firefox and IE, all with the same result.

I’m using WP version 3.9.1 and Ninja Form Version 2.6.5

    My website is: http://www.mrgfinance.com.au/

The form is the side form that found in most of the pages except the contact us page.

Any ideas about how to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help!

P.S. I’m self taught when it comes to reading/editing code and new to WP so if I need to edit any files, can you let me know which ones and which lines to replace? Thanks again!

  • I’ve been encountering the same thing on a website I manage.

What I’ve found is that if I go to example.com, fill out the form fields, and hit “Submit”, nothing happens. That is, the page reloads, but I don’t see a confirmation message on the form, and the submission isn’t registered–if I go to the Dashboard and look at submissions, I don’t see it.

However, if I go to http://www.example.com–that is, I lead with www.–and do the same thing, the form submits just fine. I get the confirmation message, and the data is recorded in the Submissions list.

This is quite similar to another issue I’ve encountered, where attempting to sign in at example.com/wp-login.php results in a “You need to enable cookies” message and a failed login, but trying to sign in at http://www.example.com/wp-login.php (with www.) works just fine.

Of note: This isn’t an issue in Chrome. Firefox and IE, however, give me trouble.
