# Ninja Forms – Submit button doesn't work

 * when you click the submit button for my form, nothing happens. Tried it in Firefox
   and IE, all with the same result.
 * I’m using WP version 3.9.1 and Ninja Form Version 2.6.5
 * My website is: [http://www.mrgfinance.com.au/](http://www.mrgfinance.com.au/)
 * The form is the side form that found in most of the pages except the contact 
   us page.
 * Any ideas about how to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help!
 * P.S. I’m self taught when it comes to reading/editing code and new to WP so if
   I need to edit any files, can you let me know which ones and which lines to replace?

 * I’ve been encountering the same thing on a website I manage.
 * What I’ve found is that if I go to **example.com**, fill out the form fields,
   and hit “Submit”, nothing happens. That is, the page reloads, but I don’t see
   a confirmation message on the form, and the submission isn’t registered–if I 
   go to the Dashboard and look at submissions, I don’t see it.
 * However, if I go to **[http://www.example.com](http://www.example.com)**–that
   is, I lead with www.–and do the same thing, the form submits just fine. I get
   the confirmation message, and the data is recorded in the Submissions list.
 * This is quite similar to another issue I’ve encountered, where attempting to 
   sign in at **example.com/wp-login.php** results in a “You need to enable cookies”
   message and a failed login, but trying to sign in at **[http://www.example.com/wp-login.php](http://www.example.com/wp-login.php)**(
   with www.) works just fine.
 * Of note: This _isn’t_ an issue in Chrome. Firefox and IE, however, give me trouble.
