Ninja Forms Widget Loads Forever

My form works fine when inserted in to a regular page via shortcode, but when I use the Ninja Forms widget, it appears to be loading, but never actually loads.

I’ve never had that problem before, and have disabled other plugins to check for conflicts, but nothing’s made much of a difference.
