# Ninja Table plugin – Accessibility Issues

 * We are working to improve accessibility across our sites and have found the Ninja
   Table plugin has two critical priority issues that can be identified using the
   axe dev tool. We are assessing against WCAG criteria.
   1) Interactive controls
   for this table are nested, causing the screen reader to behave unexpectedly. 
   The selections in the dropdown are not announced unless selected, making this
   elements inaccessible to some users.
 * 2) These same elements must have an accessible name. We were not able to locate
   a way to add a title or label to these elements without custom HTML.
