    I have an online store that has been closed for two weeks. Unfortunately, the IT specialist who dealt with this did not respond to my messages. I have no idea how to restore the functioning of the website because the IT specialist did not give me access to the hosting. I am asking for help in resolving the situation with my online store

    It doesn’t look like you had a Jetpack backup plan for your site with us, so unfortunately we would not be able to restore your site. From looking back it appears your site was hosted with Google Cloud hosting, so it may be difficult to track down where it was being managed from. Did you ever get any billings or anything from the IT specialist which might provide further details about the situation?
