   your problem in more details. What difficulties do you face when adding a plugin:
    - Don’t you have the “Add new plugin” button in the admin panel of your site?
    - Can’t you add a few plugins or just the “Chatbot with IBM Watson” plugin?
    - Do you have another kind of issue?
