   GF: 2.9.6.1 (enabled No Conflict Mode, no difference during 
   testing)To answer the same questions you asked the previous user:**do you use
   an SMTP plugin or do you use the standard WordPress function?**Yes, I use WP 
   Mail SMTP with Google/Gmail SMTP settings.**how many files do you send at the
   same time?**One.
 * **how much does the attached file weigh?**
   20MB.
 * **have you tried keeping only the plugin active with Gravity Forms and a standard
   theme?**
   Yes. I used 2025 and the same problem exists.
 * **what type of server do you use? Do you have any particular configurations?**
   
   SiteGround hosting/Apache; No.
