 * Im “Administrator”, the highest user rank on my site, however with WordPress 
   4.0 there isn’t any button and no link to access the settings page.

 * Hi there. Yesterday we run some tests with WordPress 4.0 and the plugin works
   as expected.
 * There is **no settings page of our addon to WP Super Cache**. If you can’t see
   the settings page of WP Super Cache, it’s located at **SETTINGS / WP Super Cache**.
   If it’s not there, we recommend to post to the support forum of WP Super Cache
   at: [http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-super-cache](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-super-cache).
