no checkbox at wordpress comments

    Hello,
    there is no checkbox in wordpress comments shown, but if submit a comment I get the error “Fehler: Bitte klicke zum Akzeptieren die Checkbox zum Datenschutz an.” I can not find the checkbox with Firebug to deactivate “display: none” or similar. There is no Jetpack!

    Our plugin uses the WordPress hooks to add the checkboxes dynamically to your comment form. Please make sure your theme uses the official WordPress form, if not, make sure it applies the following filter to the code: comment_form_submit_field

    If it does not, there’s no way for us to hook into your comment form. Please contact your theme developer to help you out.
