 * support is needed urgently.
 * After the last update, many data records are not processed.
 * I also sent similar details on this topic on your website.

 * [@aga2442](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aga2442/) I have a suspicion that
   this is happening because there are too many fields in the edit post/page area.
   Combined with the ones from other plugins, they could be too many for the PHP
   scripts to handle. Can you please check the “max_input_vars” from php.ini? You
   can actually check the value in “System Info” from “Tools” (plugin’s menu). On
   that page, look for “Max Input Vars:”. If it’s just 1000, I advise you to change
   it as soon as possible.
 * Here’s an article about it which was posted for WooCommerce, but the principle
   applies to any other plugin: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/problems-with-large-amounts-of-data-not-saving-variations-rates-etc/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/problems-with-large-amounts-of-data-not-saving-variations-rates-etc/)
 * Besides, try to use “Manage in the front-end” and see if you can update the options
   in the front-end view. If it works fine there, it’s very likely the problem is
   from the “max_input_vars” value.

 * [@aga2442](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aga2442/) have you managed to
   check it out? Was it because of the number of inputs? It’s best if you test it
   with “Manage in the front-end” turned ON. This way, fewer fields will be sent.
   As I didn’t hear from you, I’ll mark this topic as “resolved”. Feel free to continue
   writing here (to this topic) if you still have the problem you mentioned.
