# No Default Forms

 * Hi, we installed your plugin and it created default pages, but there were no 
   default forms created. So all of these default pages have shortcode associated
   with them, but nothing shows because no forms were created. I tried uninstalling
   and reinstalling, but of course it didn’t remove any of that information when
   it uninstalled.
