Just be patient:-), this is free open source, no commercial service with guaranteed service levels.. * Normally, e-commerce trigger should work for search results. Please provide further information on your problem. Did it work with previous Version 2.x of NextGEN Pro? Is it your first try? Can you please provide the display shortcode with the parameters you are using? Can you set up a NextGEN Pro Gallery with the desired e-commerce trigger? If yes, just replace the ngg term by hr_SIS_display_images. At least you have to add the parameters ngg_triggers_display=always and is_ecommerce=1. If you need help for configuring this e-commerce feature in NextGEN Gallery Pro, please ask the Imagely support.
