# No E-Mails

 * Hey there,
 * I just noticed that YITH doesn’t send any E-Mail to new affiliates. When I checked
   the E-Mails in WooCommerce I saw that no templates were created.
 * Is there a way to fix this?

 * If you are not using the latest version, please try updating and see if this 
   solves the problem.
 * Otherwise, can you check if any errors appear within the WooCommerce logs? You
   can find it in **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**.

 * I updated the version, but still can’t see the necessary E-Mail presets.
 * There are no logged errors that might be related to the plugin.
