Hi @edustore
Thanks for reaching out! From what you provided, it seems that your email template is outdated.
Typically, if you have a overwritten/customized the email template for customer-invoice.php through your theme files, updating it means comparing the current version (default version) to the one you have on your theme.
- Default version: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/
- Theme version: wp-content/themes/your-theme/woocommerce/emails/
To know for certain if this is the case, can you send over a system status report? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.
Thanks, here the status….

@edustore I know you were just following the instructions but copying that data here will not and cannot work here. It just creates a mess that has no value.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ or the like instead and share a link to that paste in reply here.
@reynierc Some of your colleagues have better verbiage about using a paste service. You may want to check with them. Pasting that data resulted in 3 block corruptions. It just does not work any longer and sharing a link to a paste is a better way to support users here.
Hi @jdembowski
Thank you so much for your moderation! I’ll make sure to take note of this and also share/discuss it with my peers.
Hi @edustore
Apologies for having to re-send the details. Could you use Pastebin or GitHub Gist and then share the link here as our moderator suggested? That way, we can check possible angles.
Also, do you remember creating a custom email template or using a plugin to customize the invoice?
Looking forward to your response.
