# No emails No Waitlist Free Version

 * Hi there,
 * We have installed the free version and emails are not being sent when a product
   comes back into stock. I checked with support and was informed by customer service“
   I confirm the free version sends the email when the product is back in stock.”
 * I have checked the settings and emails are activated.
 * We do not have the option ‘Waitlist’ on our products, not sure if this manually
   send feature is for free version.
 * Can someone advice?

 * I hope you’re doing well :D.
 * It’s strange that the email is not send. Before to put the product in stock, 
   you’ll need to send the email from the metabox.
 * Could you make a test and send the email from the product edit page? In this 
   way, you can check if the emails are send.

 * Thank you for your reply. There is no ‘Waitlist’ option/ Yith meta box when editing
   products, so we can’t send manually.

 * The waitlist meta box should appear on the side of the product edit page (when
   someone is added to the waitlist), could you please make a test adding yourself
   to a product’s waitlist and check if the option appears in that product edit 
   page?

 * Anche io ho lo stesso problema, nella casella sul lato della pagina prodotto,
   clicco sull’icona a forma di busta, mi esce l’avviso di “mail inviata correttamente”
   ma (come utente) non ricevo nulla.
