No entry in WP-CRON

    Hello there,

    First of all thanks for your excellent plugin!

    Here is my current situation.

    WP Cron is enabled on my site and other plugins and functions that require it perform as intended.

    But I have noticed that my feed does not get updated automatically.

    I have it set to update Hourly, but it never gets updated, unless I manually refresh it.

    My catalog has 611 products.

    I am using a plugin called Advanced Cron Manager and I see no relative entry for your plugin.

    I have tried to disable and enable your plugin again, but the problem is not solved.

    Any ideas?

    Hi romfeo,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with it.

    It still does sound like a CRON issue to be honest. Upon activation of our plugin a couple of Cron Events are created.

    The most important cron event is named: woosea_cron_hook and it fires the woosea_create_all_feeds() action every hour. Can you check if it is running in your WP-cron?

    Actually I do have woosea_cron_hook and woosea_check_license in my cron events list.

    And they look like they are firing correctly. But still, my xml is not getting updated with product changes

    Could it be you are looking at a cached version of the product feed? Are you running a caching plugin?

    Make sure to check the product feed in your browser incognito mode to make sure you are looking at the most recent version of it.
